Cancellation Policy

✨ Moi Lash Spa Cancellation Policy ✨ At Moi Lash Spa, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We value your time and ask that you respect ours in return. Standard Appointments (Lash, Facial, Wax, Massage, etc.) • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in a $50 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Permanent Makeup (PMU) Appointments • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule all PMU services. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled PMU appointment will result in a $75 cancellation fee. No-Show Policy • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. • Future bookings may require full prepayment at the time of scheduling. We understand that emergencies happen. If an unforeseen situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.
